Style

Stainless. Bone dry. Slightly fuller and less aromatic than Salta due to lower elevation.

Rose petal and peach blossom, white flower and citrus, slightly fuller, bone dry

Malbec

Climate

High altitude (600–1,500m). Arid continental. Strong diurnal range. Andean snowmelt irrigation.

Style

New French oak standard. MLF. Rich and plush at premium tier. Altitude sub-zones produce more structured wines.

Tell

Dark plum and violet, mocha and vanilla, plush polished tannin, high alcohol, generous fruit
